YoungCo. LLC is an organization based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We are committed to providing Music, Ministry, Mentorship, and Education to young people all over the world!
Through music ministry and training, educational workshops, private vocal and instrumental coaching, college preparation seminars, concerts, and the creation of safe, positive and creative spaces YoungCo. endeavors to make a difference in the community and the world.

Vocal & Instrumental Coaching
YoungCo. provides individual and group voice and instrumental coaching. We take a holistic approach to coaching that focuses on vocal technique, vocal flexibility, music theory and history. Additionally, we teach practical application of instrumental training which includes sight reading skills and the Nashville Number System. Styles of specialization include Jazz, Pop, and Music Theatre.
Music Educational Workshops
We create robust education workshops and facilitate trainings to address the authentic teaching a delivery of Gospel Music and Spirituals. From music history lectures and interactive music workshops exploring pedagogical methods, and cultural correlations to popular music today, we help music teachers and students make their classrooms engaging, inclusive and successful through workshopping music of the black diaspora.
Live Productions & Camps
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to become artists. We produce and contract live concerts of all genres. We also host the YoungCo. Show Choir Camp and YoungCo. Gospel Workshop.
